Pre-Katrina Don and Deneen Harding sold the best made to order lemonade. Wanting to offer more options, Mrs. Harding  established a sensational fresh fruit menu and felt a strong desire to add her culinary chef skills. After creating her famous spicy crawfish, shrimp, and mild chicken salads, the Hardings knew their burst of uniqueness had to be shared with the world.

In 2008 Fresh Fruit Sensations emerged, providing delicious options the entire family can enjoy for generations. Every drink is made with love, just how the dynamic Wife and Husband team of 35yrs intended.

Clesi’s is a family business ran by James Clesi, his brother Carlo Clesi, and sister Sonya DiCarlo. They focus as much on the quality of their product as the experience of authentic New Orleans flavors with a signature flair.

James Clesi is the “renegade” Master Boiler recognized by local critics and nationally syndicated food networks.

The French Stall was created in November 2019 by Jerome Grenier after he moved from Paris to New Orleans. They serve typical French food such as crepes, croques monsieur, quiches, tarts and pastries. All of it fresh and homemade. If you live on the Northshore, we are currently there every Saturday for a farmers market.

Rhum Clément

Rhum Clément was first established in 1887 when Martinique political icon Homère Clément bought Domaine de l’Acajou in Le François, Martinique. Homere’s innovative thinking and political influence during the Caribbean sugar crisis resulted in economic success and a unique type of rum from Martinique: Rhum Agricole, distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice. Today we follow in the footsteps of the “God-Father” of Agricole by continuing to combine tradition and modernity with each bottle of Rhum Clément.

Co-founders Mark and Meagen got married on the island of Martinique, where they first discovered the tradition of rhum arrangé, the practice of infusing rum with local citrus, fruits, botanicals, and spices. After several years, travels, experience, one small child, and lots more rum tasting, the memories of their experiences in the Caribbean and beautiful infused rums would be the first inspirations for Happy Raptor Distilling.

504Rum captures the spirit of joy, creativity, and love that fills every bottle with lots of appreciation for New Orleans, our little piece of the Caribbean.

Caribbean Carnival Friends/Culture is the producer of the original New Orleans Caribbean Carnival also known as Bayou Bacchanal. Bacchanal is held every first Saturday in November. It consist of a street parade in Crescent Park where vendors sell mouth watering Caribbean dishes and tropical drinks. The organization also runs a children's music enrichment program and is the host to the national Caribbean American heritage month in June.

The Louisiana Crafts Guild is a juried organization of Fine Crafts Artisans located throughout the state of Louisiana and the southern region of the United States. Because of our stringent jury requirements and dedication to excellence in fine craft, only three out of every ten applicants is approved for membership. Members of the Guild are active in their community and give back by providing demonstrations to schools, churches, libraries and other organizations. Their members’ generosity abounds with donations to support community events, non-profit organizations and fundraisers.
